Char Heimbach is our newest partner at The Law Offices of Vic Feazell, PC.

As the child of two hardworking immigrants, Char Heimbach learned early on the value of perseverance, responsibility, and standing up for others. That foundation shaped her decision to pursue a legal career in 2018, and continues to define the way she represents her clients today.

Char is passionate about protecting people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, such as after an injury in an accident. She primarily handles personal injury cases, representing people who have been harmed due to someone else’s negligence. Whether guiding a client through the aftermath of a serious accident or helping a family seek accountability for preventable harm to a loved one, Char approaches every case with determination, compassion, and meticulous attention to detail.

She understands that an injury can disrupt every aspect of a person’s life, including physical, emotional, and financial. That’s why she takes the time to truly listen to her clients’ concerns, explain their options clearly, and prepare strong cases designed to pursue successful results. Her clients appreciate her guidance, responsiveness, and commitment to fighting for their rights.

Earlier in her career, Char gained experience assisting clients with estate planning, estate administration, and guardianship matters. That background strengthened her ability to counsel families during sensitive situations and underscored the importance of her ability to examine every detail of the case, no matter how intricate or seemingly small.

Char has demonstrated a strong dedication to community service. In 2022, she worked alongside colleagues to help launch the first needs-based pro bono estate planning clinic in the Austin area. She has led educational sessions for local organizations and remains passionate about empowering people with knowledge about their legal rights.

Before entering the legal profession, Char spent more than two decades helping her family operate a successful restaurant. The experience instilled in her a deep appreciation for hard work, teamwork, and personal connection, all qualities that continue to shape her client-centered approach to law.

Outside of the office, Char enjoys spending time with her husband, Kyle, and their dog, Stanford. As a proud graduate of the University of Texas, she can often be found cheering on the Texas Longhorns.
